It was another buzzing evening for our 6th cohort at our Workshop on November 21, featuring the wonderful facilitator Zamira Monteiro from Amplify Consulting.
Kicking off with a lively icebreaker—complete with everyone showcasing their unique dance moves— Zamira guided participants through building confidence in communication, self-discovery, and understanding their audience, plus an exploration of 'Strategic Sharing,' a skill essential in today's dynamic world.
The practical session allowed attendees to immediately apply their newfound knowledge, creating a supportive environment for growth. Networking tips and exercises and an insightful Q&A session concluded the event.
Special thanks to UBS for their gracious hosting, providing an ideal backdrop for collaboration, as well as all the Group Leaders who volunteered their time and expertise to build a professional network geared towards career success for our cohort.
We can’t wait to see what the workshops in the new year will bring! We are excited already!
